BPC and benefits for bad knees

I've had knee issues for the past few years. I'm wondering what is a good dosage of BPC that I can try injecting into both of my knees. Do you think I should do 250 mcg into each knee per day or do you think that I should increase it to 500 mcg for the first couple weeks then lower it to 250?
 
Personally I’d start with 500mcg in each knee twice a day and I’d also do tb-500 1mg EOD. I do this protocol when my knee bothers me. If I stay away from hack squats or exercises that aggravate it, I’m good in a couple weeks.
 
I think TB500 is a very good option. It's easy to use; just inject it into your stomach fat and you'll be good to go.
 
Stack BPC and TB500 together. Solo they work fine but when you stack them you get the perfect synergy together.
