I’m looking for something that can help me with my bpc and tb500
what do you think about using bpc 500mcg a day with tb500 1mg a day? Would these work good together or should I run something else? I have knee and back issues

I like BPC and TB500. You want to front-load it the first month or two, get a large amount in your system.

BPC is really good. You should inject it directly into the injury. TB500 can be injected anywhere. That's how they work.

I'm a huge fan of stacking TB500 and BPC. They both are really good for healing. You should plan on using them a minimum of 12 weeks, with 20 weeks being optimal.

5-10 mg the first couple weeks will work well on both and then you can gradually lower it till you get to a maintenance dose.

Hi @riwuece

BPC-157 is well known to help with healing wounds, tissue repair, boosting blood flow, reducing inflammation and even relieving frequent/infrequent pain. However, you'll optimize overall body recovery and resolve your knee and back issues by stacking with TB-500.

By combining these two peptides, popularly known as the "wolverine stack" you are theoretically going to promote localized tissue support and healing. This stack can help with tendon injuries, ligament strains, muscle tears, joint problems, and also post-surgery recovery.

As per dosage administration and duration of use, you'll typically take between 200 and 500 mcg of BPC-157 daily while you take between 2 and 5 mg of TB500 weekly for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks. Also, site injection (in your shoulders) may help to promote quick healing.

You can check out UPsteroid TB500 and BPC-157 products as well as combined stack mix from Prime Pharma here.

Solid advice from the veterans here. @riwuece , you definitely have the right idea with the Wolverine Stack for those knee and back issues, but since you mentioned a "blended" version, there’s a technical nuance you need to consider to actually get your money's worth.

BPC-157 and TB-500 have different molecular weights and stabilities once reconstituted. When you buy them pre-blended in a single vial, the pH level required to keep both peptides stable is very narrow. If the manufacturing isn't Pharmaceutical Grade (EU standards), one peptide often starts degrading faster than the other, meaning by week 4 of your 20-week cycle, you might just be injecting expensive water and a bit of BPC.

Especially for back issues (spinal ligaments), systemic inflammation is your enemy. Low-grade UGL peptides often contain residual trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) from the synthesis process. This triggers a localized immune response that can actually mask the healing effects by causing more stiffness. This is why some guys say "peptides don't work" it's not the peptide, it's the impurities triggering inflammation.

@Jayne Scott mentioned some good options, but always verify that the HPLC reports match the batch number on your specific vial. In a 20-week commitment, consistency is the only way you'll actually remodel that connective tissue.

Good luck with the recovery, brother.
