I applyed IGF to my bicep the other day before going to the gym and it felt extremely tight right off the bat. As soon as I got home I noticed it had started to bruise and I still have a slight bruise there. Anyone know what might have caused it? It didn't/doesn't hurt, but it just had me wondering

you hit a vein and the bruising is the result. It happened to me with IGF as well. The leaner you are, the better off for applying (less bruising).

I've had that happen myself, and I'm pretty lean. You just have to watch where you apply.

I'm relatively lean, not much more than 10% if even that. I figured that's what it was, but wasn't too sure. Oh well, I'll be more careful next time

I've done this and it gets ugly! Lasted a week. But as the others said, it happens quite seldom and can be avoided by proper application.

I usually just apply it in my shoulder and go though lol.

It's hard to apply properly with the little sticks, like throwing mud at the wall, you know you'd like it to go but its never exact but rather in the general area
