No more boxing, cardio is on hold for now. I want to bulk up and then chisel down dropping fat and water. I am turning into a fat shit eating every fucking thing under the sun. I snack on sardines at work really grossing people out.
My current stats are 6'3" and 253lbs. Looking to now drop back to around 230-240 range. I have to trim up those abs I once had and I would like some killer obliques. Have to work on my striations too.
