Here lately i have been having major issues with motivation. I mean I love training, but Ihave just been so busy with my son graduating, thinking of a job change, my better half starting a new job, my youngest son being to much like me, and just loads of other shit that there just hasn't been much time for anything else. I'm still tryn to get to the gym as much as possible, but my focus just hasn't been there. It's funny how there is just some things that you can't get your mind off of even when you are really tryn to focus. Just glad all this stress will be all over soon. Some big and very good changes are comming for me and my family. Been a long time comming....
