I tried one of them about a year ago, I can't remember which one, and it destroyed my GI tract. I have IBS anyway (irritable bowel syndrome) and the carb blocker gave me severe GI pain. I only did it for a couple of days and then gave up.
you need certain carbs anyway. so if you want to block them, just don't eat them. I've heard very little benefit to them. Usually more problems than not.
