Cardio Training?

Do you all do cardio? If so, how much? And is it's purpose because you're cutting - or perhaps you just do it to make sure your heart is still beating, lol.

I currently am doing cardio. I started at the end of my heavy bulker because I felt I was getting too fat. I was only doing it twice per week, non-workout days for about 15-minutes each session.

I just started a lean bulker. I'm going to bulk but my diet will be strict and I am actaully doing proper cardio. I am doing cardio 25 minutes 5 days a week. Call me crazy but with this go-round, I'm shooting to put on muscle and lose fat. Tough, but def possible.
 
I walk a few blocks in the morning before the sun comes up but not enough to burn off too many calories since I'm trying to bulk, but I have to keep my cardio in some kind of shape.
 
I'm starting to cut now so I am doing cardio 3 times a week (a 3mile walk in the AM) I will move it up to 6 or 7 days a week, and near the end of my cutter if I havent lost enough fat I will even throw in some cardio 2x day on my days off from the gym.
 
2 x 45s , one before breakfast, one after training... best fat burner under the sky

and if u wana get even more fansy u can add in injectable lcarnitine to the combo before cardio

THE BULLFX do you really notice a difference with that injectable lcarnitine? I have never used it but I am about to start a cutter, also what kind of a injection and how much do you use?

well i think about it as a supplement, some people say oh i injected this stuff for 2months and i didnt notice shit and didnt loss any fat. well if u didnt notice ANY FAT loss then u probibly werent dieting or doin cardio... So no shit its not gona help...its not like its pgf2 and it suppose to eat fat cells... so basicly the question is not if its gona help you loss fat, the question is is it going to help to speed the rate of fat loss.


Basicly its suppose to help your body to use fat as energy so i inject it IM ( 600mg ED) 15 min before AM or PM cardio ... i honestly think it has helped me loss fat at a faster rate although this is my first run at it... and need a bit more time to come up with a final conclusion on the stuff, been doin it for 3 wks now, after 1 wk i noticed i am lossin fat a bit faster... oh and dont inject the stuff SUBQ it leavs marks and it doest really do shit... cheers

ya exactly for the price of it, why not... A friend of mine always use it before compt prep and i know swolecat recommands it to his clients before their cardio... cheers
