Had my first cheat meal on Palumbo's diet after 2 weeks: nachos bel grande, burrito supreme, double decker taco, grilled stuffed burrito, volcano taco, and 4 homemade chocolate/oatmeal cookies with a whole pint of butter pecan ice cream! Holy shit that was filling! I'm anxious to see how I look and feel tomorrow, especially during my workout.
On a side note, this diet is freakin amazing. I don't think I've ever had so much energy during the day before, I'm losing fat steadily, and I'm taking the cleanest shits ever. I definitely recommend looking into it.
