I have a cheat meal every sunday for lunch. I eat anything I want. This is suppose to help speed up your matabolism or at least thats what I was told. Last sunday I had a Small thin crust Rustys pizza halve pepperoni and sausage and half canadian bacon and onion and a small cherry coke. God Damn that hit the spot!!! I have not notice this meal making me gain any weight or throw me off track. Does anyone do the same here?
