Very simple and straight forward, in addition to gaining muscle I want to maintain a good test level and not lose any sex drive.
WEEK 1-10
Test Prop 400mg per week
EQ 400mg per week
Var 50mg per day
WEEK 1-14
HCG at 500ug every 3rd day and proviron 50 mg per day
WEEK 12-16
Clomid at 50mg per day

I would like to include some Cyclofenil but not sure were to get it, if I find it how should I run it?

***** I ran a deca and prop cycle a while back that FUCKED me up! I ran the deca at 600mg per week and the test at 500 got great results but it was a dumb ass mistake I should have ran that test higher! But anyway I have had dick problems ever since so im very careful about recovery!! ***

I am 200 at 19% bf, have been working out for 7 yrs and have done seveal cycles, it has been over a yr since i have done one though.
 
i would get your bodyfat down a tad before runnin the cycle and i would up the test another 100mgs so its 500 of prop and 400 of eq,.i would also extend the cycle an extra 2 weeks or so..i would also only use the hcg in the middle and end of the cycle as you dont want to over use hcg and desensitise your testes LH production and then i would sub the clomid out and add a nolva pct with a hcg jump start..
 
Alright i can raise the Test to 500mg per week,
Sould i start with the HCG around week 6 then? and run it two weeks after last shot then start with the nolva?
 
I really need to stress the diet and cardio part- you mention nothing about it and without it results will be sketchy. This would be a perfect cutting cycle. You may be a powerlifter or linebacker and need the size- don't know you didn't mention it.
Also I would ditch the HCG- you androgenics are not extemely high, so why risk the possible estro feedback?
I like IP's note about the nolva- that would definitely be a better choice, or run femara 2.5mg EOD during the cycle.
 
Damn i forgot to say i was thinking of running 25mg a day of Proviron through the cycle and to week 14,
so that would be
WEEK 1-12
Test Prop 500mg per week
EQ 400mg per week
Var 50mg per day
Week 1-14
Provion 25mg per day
Week 12-16
Nolva
Now how is this?
 
Ofcourse diet is always Key, more than anything else.
I have a pretty clean diet, and cardio 3 days a week lift 5days.
 
I like the addition of Proviron I'm a big believer in it, I agree "eating clean" could mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people. Please give us some more detail.

So does the cycle look pretty good?
Is there anything else post cycle i need to think about? i want to do this right (thanks to powders i can afford to do it right)

Ill be honest with you i have never been one to eat out or eat foods that are high fat, but im 27 now and my job is much less demanding than before so bf is now an issue.
I never learned to do the ratios like many people on here have, i should start researching it. If anyone had a good link giving the lay out if it id love to get it.
I cant accurately post my meals because i haven’t been recording them, i will start right away.
