I'm on a cycle right now. My docter, to help me sleep, gave me a perscription of valium. All I told him was that I was having trouble resting at night, Would this drug affect protein sythesis?

No, I don't believe so. Just don't get to enoying it too much though bro, lol. Its' tough to sleep again normally after you get used to it.
