Good Day dear friend,

First of all allow me to thank you very much for your valuable posts on the board I’m really impressed with the amount of knowledge you got and sharing it among new comers like me. I find it very useful to come and read your threads when unable to understand something I heard at the gym. I’ve been reading this board for a long time now but don’t know why I only now I wanted to register and write this …

I would really appreciate it if you give me another 5 minutes to read something I’ve been up to but not sure wither am doing the right thing or not

About myself as a start mate:
I’m British living in Saudi Arabia working in I.T.
Height: 173-174 CM
Weight: 87-89 KG
Don’t ask me about BF % or Meta rate I cant figure it out !!!
I’ve been at the gym for more than 18 months now and got some decent muscles.

What am trying to do is to gain some hard muscles without body fat nor to add more to my waistline.

What I have been taking:
I took HGH for 3 months 4 days on 3 days off + Winstrol dept + Primo .
It kind harden my body BUT I didn’t gain much and I didn’t get my 6 packs so I was very frustrated.

For the time being this is my 4th week in this cycle:

WEEK WINSTROL PRIMOBOLAN CLENBUTEROL
1 100mg 100mg 6 tabs/day 0.4
2 200mg 100mg 6 tabs/day 0.4
3 200mg 200mg 6 tabs/day 0.4
4 300mg 400mg
5 300mg 400mg 6 tabs/day 0.4
6 200mg 200mg 6tabs/day 0.4
7 200mg 200mg 6 tabs/day 0.4
8 100mg 100mg
9 6tabs/day
10 6tabs/day


and I am taking 4 Taps Xenadrine everyday
and B12 injection once a week

I might start Tren (Cytomel) with it now .

My Diet is:
7:30 AM: brown fitness low fat serial with resins with low fat milk and some orange juice
11:00 AM: a brown toast with bunt butter and jam and another brown toast with a sliced cheese.
12:00 AM: fruits , apple , palms , white grapes , beaches .
2:00 PM: oatmeal with low fat milk
4:00 PM: one grilled chicken
then I have my nap for an hour more or less then I go work out
My work out is like one muscle a day for an hour or so then I do cardio for another 15 minutes

I go back home then take 1 Myplox protein shake
Then after a hour I eat a can of tuna. Then hit bed for at least 6-7 hours sleep.


You wont believe it but I am following this diet so strict that I haven’t changed an item in it since day one.

At the moment my mates are saying that they are sure I dropped allot of BF and some cm off my waistline but YET YET YET YET I have a small kinda fat under my stomach that I really hate and DIYING to get rid of .


I really want to get my 6 packs (abs) and I want to gain some more hard muscles. And mainly as I said to get rid of this fat right on top of my pennies.

I hope this is a full view about my status and Id really appreciate it mate if you can advise me and tell me what im I doing right or wring ? Im I on the right diet ? im I on the right juice and doss ? or u reckon something else to be added to it ? what do you reckon the best thing to do/take after my cycle ?

I’m thinking about taking IGF1 but I don’t think ill be able to find it here but if I did do you advise to take it with this cycle ? whats the diet im gona follow if so ?



You know how much your reply will mean to me and that Ill follow whatever you say word by word cause I have faith in your knowledge and expertise and sure that you will share your information with your mate here .

I don't know how you're going to put on muscle and lose fat at the same time. Never been able to do that myself. To me it looks like you need to get more protein, try adding a couple more shakes every day.
Harvey has posted a great article in "the edge" forum, check it out. Good info on getting the muscle you want.
 
It doesn't look like your taking in enough food or protein for one thing, the less you eat, shoot for six meals a day, all with high protein, it would be ok it 1 or 2 meals is just a protein shake. Maybe read up on a low carb or ckd diet, it might be time to change things up.

As far as juice, I firmly believe that test should be the basis of any cycle, try adding some test prop at 75-100mg ED.

Also for a FYI, Tren is different from cymotel.

Ill try adding more protein and doing some morning cardio (hate it), any particular exercises for the lower abs?? Cause they are really hard to get rid of.

bloody hell ! I always thought that Tren is Cytomel !!!
A good friend from the board advised to add Tren to my juice but I don’t know what’s the common name (Trade name) for it ?? caus I cant find Cytomel anywhere in my area !!

I concur. Test should be the foundation of ANY cycle whether cutting or bulking.

I agree with the others on adding a significant amount more protein. 300grams per day would be a good target. Oh yeah, if you want to see your abs, lose the bread and butter and jam.
 
You weigh 89kg=@ 196Lbs at 5' 10" .

Just remember to add 1 lb of BW per week that is an extra 3500 calories divided by 7 days is 500 calories EXTRA per day. An additional 100g of protein in your diet daily would give you 400 of those cals.
