Ok guys time to get this log started. I have had a great month of training this december. Diet has been much better, eating cleaner and more often (getting 6-7 meals per day) Mike Ross and I will go over some diet, and training things this upcoming week. Im thinking about doing some different things with this log....Let me know what you think ? I have been thinking about doing a weekly or bi weekly video log, or blog. On this short video, I would just go over how training is, dieting, ect. Maybe talk about a few different things about training, or a certain subject. Just to give the veiwer a more personable look at me. Pictures and written blog doesnt really cover the emotions, and how your really feeling. A video you can actully see that, and get more of a inside view of what that person is going threw. What do you guys think ? Also, ofcourse I'll do some training video's, (get them going again) and pics and a written log (short info on what im doing).
