Clen -v- T3

Did you guys ever notice any difference in the ability or amount of fat burned using either one of these compounds seperate or were they best used together...

IMHO I combo of clen/keto + 50mcg T-3 for 6 weeks was awesome as long as your protein was very high, your EFA intake is high an dcarbs were under 125grams a day
 
The only thing is when you use T3, you have to watch out for muscle loss. It doesn't spare anything. Even with high protein, you'd still probably lose some muscle. Personally, I'd leave T3 alone.
 
yeah and I've heard of too many people fucking up there thyroids permanently from using T3... I have 2 out of my 3 sisters have thyroid problems so I'm staying away from it.

i like to use it for like 6-8 weeks (t3), and alternate the clen and ECA 2 weeks on - 2 weeks off. obviously using ECA when not using clen and vice versa.

im more ectomorphic, so I do keep carbs kinda high - even when dieting. IMHO, t-3 wont eat muscle if you dont let it.
 
I read a study where they looked at people who were incorrectly diagnosed as having thyroid probelms and put on t3. When they went off (often after years), their body bounced back. Of course I was talking with this chunky, former figure model who said she screwed herself up by doing that.

Clen gives me CRAZY cramps, so I don't use it. T3 works well for me, but you have to have a lot of protein and enough AAS.

I do worry about gaining and losing the same 5 pounds of muscle and 5 pounds of fat over and over.

They should work well together since clen will help spare the muscle.
