Clenbuterol: All you need to know

Ok I have some questions about the possibility that I might try clen. I have dieted and exercised for years and consider myself pretty healthy but I would like to I guess add more overall muscle to my physique. Here are my questions. I take an anti depressant called Effexor XR 150mg does anyone know the effects of clen and anti depressants? It is a SSRI. In addition I suffer from panic attacks (sometimes) and I take zanax for them. Should I be concerned about adding clen to my body considering I am panic prone and take anti depressants? Years ago I took Ephedrine and it seem to cause my heart to race and trigger some panic attacks. In addition what is Taurine and where do I get that? Any infomation thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am new to this and just trying to gather all my information so I can make the best choices for my body. I think you'd be fine. Its a stimulant, treat it that way.

Start with a very low dose though. See how your body reacts.

yep... just started 25mcgs today. Had the jitters during my workout, but had a ton of energy. After cardio/ steam room... im ready for a nap.
 
my other gym doesnt. Its just a nasty, dirty, rat hole. But,you dont run out of plates.

But my wife wants to have a family membership at one of those gay ass, sissy girly places. A bunch of skinnys run around with tank tops.

I only lift at the family gym cause it has hot bitches... and a steam room.

still got the jitters... I remember last year same thing happend. I doubt im going to follow the routine described above. I need more time to get used to clen. Ill try 25mcgs again tomorrow. Definatley in the morning so im not up all night.
 
hell i use 25 till im not shakey then up it from there take your time i never even usually go over 100mcg's. Just dont end up taking 250 or 300 mcg's in one dose lmao youll end up in the hospital like i was.

actually i was exhausted. I tried to take that nap, but it didnt work. So by 9pm i was out. definatley take in the morning!!
 
yeah i hear ya there im gonna wait till next week to supplement it in. Eating all this fat etc. really keeps my hunger control down. Also i like this diet because it doesnt seem like im eating much but with all the fat im really eating more cals then i think.
 
45 minutes on the ellipical @135pbm. I love clen cause you dont have to kill yourself to get your heart going.
 
nice brudda ive found that 2.8 on the treadmill at 8% incline puts me at 125 bpm no matter how long i do it so its about perfect for me.
 
i passed on the clen today. I've been having a hard time sleeping at night. Im even taking it in the mornings. So, im going to take a couple weeks off.
