clomid vs test

just wanted to get some opinions here, I know that sperm count goes down with the use of test and that volume goes up with the use of clomid

was wondering if a person were to run clomid throughout the cycle if this would decrease the odds of test being an effective form of birth control

I realize that there is no fool proof form of birth control and this is not the primary method that me and my girl use, but it does help
