Coconut oil as carrier?

All oil is transdermal. Depending on what you add to the oil, the effects can become more obvious.

I personally would aim for more Omega 3's with my oils. Almost every oil has a lot of Omega 6's, and in order to to be healthy you need to have roughly 50/50 balance.
