Did you ever think that the magazine articles about training are truly a conspiracy to keep people down away from pro level? I mean they almost always talk high volume. I was just reading one in the last MD on arm training and it recommends 12 supersets.....that is 24 sets of arms between Bi's and Tri's! I'd loose a ton of size with that!
You very seldom read "in the magazines" about low volume high intensity stuff.....the stuff that really seems to work best for most people.
Thoughts? Opinions?
