I have seen diets from different trainers where corn has an important role, other than flaoting in your toylet, whats the porpouse?

I know what you mean. All I know is you get starch conversion for blood sugar but the rest of it is really not digestable. I know my mom is diabetic and its really just not very good for you. I can only guess the purpose would be for simple starch because thats all you really digest from it.

The only part of corn that has nutritional value that can be broken down and used by the body is the inner kernel but its covered by an undigestable layer which is why you see the kernels floating in the toilet bowl.
 
I personally think corn has no nutritional value.. At least when I eat it, it comes out just like it came in lol
 
I actually have no use for corn at all in my diet. I don't recommend it to others as well. I don't have any science to back this up, purely anecdotal.
 
Corn is High in Nutrients

Well, let me tell you , i have been eating corn in my diet for 5 weeks already, 1 pound ever day and i am looking my best, fiber and sugars are kicking in and my body fat is going down.
Started my diet 10 weeks a go at 275 and went down to 254 with a 2000 calorie diet for the first 2 weeks, then 4000 calories for 2 weeks, then 6000 cals for 2 weeks and started this monday with 8000 calories. Today i am 262 growing and getting in better condition every day, at 8% body fat.
So is not the corn, it is the whole program working and it is the first time i eat corn in my diet, or maybe it is the MC's IGF... lol
