Well, let me tell you , i have been eating corn in my diet for 5 weeks already, 1 pound ever day and i am looking my best, fiber and sugars are kicking in and my body fat is going down.
Started my diet 10 weeks a go at 275 and went down to 254 with a 2000 calorie diet for the first 2 weeks, then 4000 calories for 2 weeks, then 6000 cals for 2 weeks and started this monday with 8000 calories. Today i am 262 growing and getting in better condition every day, at 8% body fat.
So is not the corn, it is the whole program working and it is the first time i eat corn in my diet, or maybe it is the MC's IGF... lol
