Simply put, creatine helps you sqeeze out a few more reps, less muscle fatigue, and in time this translates into increased strength and more muscle. Might be worth the extra $5 a month

hey, this nutrition store where I buy all my stuff has this good size container of creatine ethyl ester grape or strawberry flavor for like 44 dollars I think cell tech or muscle tech is the brand. is this the same stuff you guys are talking about? i though it tasted really bad thats why it had to be capped then again maybe thats why its sold in flavored powder. just wanna make sure its the same thing you guys are talking about b4 i buy it. thanks

Just get some raw CEE powder from 1fast400.com and cap them yourself

Avoid Cell-tech and any Muscletech product in general can you say OVERPRICED? Yes the cell-tech does work but your just paying for creatine monohydrate with dextrose added, plus the dextrose will fuckin kill ya chuggin down 75g's of that shit, it's so sweet that you can't stomach it and dread having to take it. THE BEST Creatine combo would be 3g's CEE pre/post-workout, plus 75g's of pure Vitargo postworkout only.

10-4 chaps, I just bought my "home brew" CEE kit, capping thingy, caps, and a little scale. Im intrested in getting this all in. I usually just hit up some Gatorade and a protein shake post cycle, maybe 1/2 an apple.

what size caps did you get...when you buy the capping kit for g/day supps you want to get the big one... the "OO" size one. cause it usually holds like .8g in the capsule...its alot easier and cheaper!

muscle tech just came out with their new "CEE-Pro" its simply creatine ethyl ester and nothing more. its is the garbage ass overpriced supplements that they have always pumped out.. not sayin that they dont make good supplements but just that its all marketing and garbage. I hate muscletech if you couldnt tell But your better off buying from 1fast400 or CNW's website if you ask me

Muscle-tech ropes alot of newbies in, like their one product thermo-burn or whatever the hell it is, is advertised as a muscle builder but it's a fat burner, I pitty the people that lay down some serious coin with these guys. I say buy in bulk 1fast400 has tons of shit in bulk.

the only problem I c with 1fast400 is that they have been out of their 100 and 500g containers for a while. I don't wanna buy 1000g of something I don't know I am going to like. Besides the 500g will last you like 43 days if you take 6gms per day. That should be enough time to decide if I will order that stuff again. Soon as they get their 500gram container in i wil order along with some other stuff until then I am jut gonna have to wait.
