I've been told today that if I want to get rid of the last bit of fat around my stomach to stop taking creatine. I've heard things about creating haulting fat loss before but I wasn't sure if it was true or not.
Yeah, I've never heard that either--although with creatine monohydrate, there is some bloating that occurs so you may not be as flat as you wish to be.
Do you think I should invest in some CEE? I've heard great things about it. In fact, I recall there being a thread somewhere on here about it so i'm gonna look around a bit.
I'm trying it now myself. It seems to give me fantastic pumps, but I haven't really noticed a weight gain with it. Maybe that is still coming, I don't know.

Weight gain you will not see much of with CEE. No water. The only weight gain you will see is from the strength gain which translates into slower "scale weight" gains for experienced lifters and hard gainers.
Good stuff though. I dont like mono because for some reason alot of the water shows in my face.
