Creatine

I am very picky whe it comes to creatine. I will only use a creatine prod if it really has exactly what I consider the best of 1 or both forms of cratine in the prod which is creapure and concrete. I got a creatine prod recently from Muscle pharm called creatine, go figure. It is a blend of 5 creatines in cluding creapure,creatine ABB,DiCreatine malate,creatine nitrate, and Concrete which is 100% concentrated creatine. It has no flavor, so you can mix it with anything you want. This is by far one of the best creatines I have ever taken. The best part is that it's fckn cheap as hell. I got it at GNC for 27.99, and that's 60 servings!!!! HIGHLY recomend you guys try this prod out....

That's a damn good price, I can't come off of Con-Cret brand though, I either use it or Creatine Gluconate from PN, those are the only ones I've used over the last 3 years or so

The best remains creatine monohydrate. None of the fancy new blends or forms have shown to be more effective. truenutrition.com has creatine mono for under $3/lb. I wouldn't use anything else.

That's definitely a good price on it. That's where you get your protein in bulk too isn't it?
