Creapure is made in Germany i think and the rest is mostly made in contaminated china. I use 5 grams a day so i dont get to bloated. It really makes me a beast in the gym

Dude I used 20g ed recently and it made me super bloated. What dosage do you fellas run it at?

On a side note, I've also had good success with a more expensive creatine blend called creature by beast nutrition.

5 mg/day is all you need. Some folks say 3mg/day is enough. There are a lot of different creatines out there, all claiming to be the best. However, studies have shown that nothing beats good old creatine monohydrate.
