I always had this issue too, gross but I create so much spit when those things are in my mouth its hard to keep them there.

I've never had them slip around, the new ones stick so well that when you leave them on too long they are hard to even pull off!!!

Love these things, but wife and I both are getting sensitive teeth from them, so now i been only using them maybe 4 days per week! But they made my teeth brilliant!
