30lbs!!! LOL !!! man if I could gain 30lbs I would be over 280 ish again...LOL !!! Hell I'll take 10 good lbs everytime...Im getting up there in age...and the weight gains dont come near as fast as they use to...Congrats on the gains..Lets see pics !!!
