ok - been reading a lot about different estrogen blockers and such and test etc.

tell me if I am correct in my statments below.

If I want to be bigger than the average gym going person - but definately not too big or to be able to tell I am on......just to look near the top of what you could do naturally and of course to be very strong and have a geared up sex drive - but with out a lot of sides - then I have come up with the following. let me know if this will work.


test 250 per week - 6 months on and 2 months off.

finasteride low dose for hair loss and bph prevention

anastrozole for estrogen blocking and to keep from having hpta inhibition.

my understanding is that deca produces estrogen and progesterone which shut you down pretty hard and you can not block progesterone - so I am not taking that again.

winstrol converts to dht which is hell on my hairline and is painful to inject.

test converts to estrogen - which I can block the conversion and it makes me strong and ups my sex drive.

estrogen is also what inhibits the hpta but it is good for lipid balance in low doses but is also bad for your prostate.

so If I do this and have regular bloodtests till I figure out how to balance out my estrogen towards the low end without messing up my lipids panel - then I should be healthy - strong and very virile.......

also I understand estrogen is bad for bph and test is good fro it and test also prevents alzheimers as well.

with a low ongoing dose of test it should not be bad on the liver either especially if you run milk thistle daily.

is this all a good assumption or am I out in left field?
 
If you want to look like the best you can possibly be if someone assumed you were natty, why don't you just go natty?
 
like winnie said give us some info on yourself.

250 mg of test per week isn't much, but I woudn't suggest 6 months straight if you're new to this.

also, an old rule of thumb is stay off for as long as you were on.

500 mg test wks 6-10

went from 175 to 195 lbs

stayed off 5 months
8/2002 to 12/2002
dropped back to 190

5/2003 to 10/2003
went from 190 to 205
dropped from 205-201 post cycle
400 mg deca - wks 1-12
200 mg deca wks 12-16

400 mg test wks 8-12
200 mg test wk 12-18
100 mg test wk 18-20

150 mg win wk 10-18

clomid post cycle recovery

hammer strength bench pre first cycle - 230
peak 1st cycle 380
peak 2nd cycle 480
currently 350

just the right size now according to wife.
a little too big at peak of last cycle according to wife.
although she loved the sex. of course now its lackluster compared to then - but I guess normal compared to never having taken juice.

got gyno from the last 5 month cycle because I was not taking anything to help that. it is gone completely - although did freak out a little when i lactated one day. crap!!!!


I have one of the top endocinologists as my internest and she says I am super healthy and no problems. no high bp, liver enzymes or anything.

she knows about my gear too.

so all is well so far.

and my shoulder is feeling totally healed from an old college lacrosse injury as well.

hell what more can you ask.

would like to have more kids one day - maybe in a couple of years.


so is this a good long term maintenance?

Most people will agree that all cycles should include some form of test as a base. I would suggest running the deca & test at the same times during the cycle. But BEFORE you start your next cycle, get your hands on some nolvadex, arimidex, etc. to prevent yourself from getting gyno. If you started getting it at a dose of 500 mg /wk, then you should have it on hand.
