do you work in the heat? I do and it SUCKS!! I hate it. I always lose tons of wieght and am unmotivated to go to the gym, and lose my appetite. I am right there with ya!! All I want to do is drink and sleep after work during the months of may-sept.....

yes sir im in the heat most of the day. the thing is its never been this bad for me .what do you do to try to mantain some strength for these c"ck sucking months.

i just try to maintain...... I use to get pissed seeing the size go away and shit, but that makes me look forward to winter, when you get it all back and then some. getting on acycle is about all you can do...

I'm with ya there as well. I'm just starting to get back into the swing of things, but it's going to take a while to get back to where I was before. I just don't have the energy these days. I think my issue is a combination of dieting down, working too much at my job, not working out enough in the gym, and lack of sleep. I get up way too early these days.

Fuckin suck it the fuck up. The only way your going to gain is by fucking your comfort zone in the asshole, on a daily basis, without lubrication. The only thing I ever gained worthy hanging on to was the result of busting my motherfuckin ass.

do you work outside, doing hard labor?? i do, and I can relate to his dilema. When you rake out a 60 yard lawn install in one day, by yourself, its kind of hard to make it to the gym to lift because your back and arms dont fucking work, not to metion the 10 hours of cardio you just did, with the sun beating on your back. There isnt really anything comforting about it.

sorry had a rampage earlier. I hear ya guys. It's easy for me to say no pain no gain, cause I don't have to work in the heat on a daily basis.

I don't think 35 is old enough to be effecting you. The average age for the MR. olympia is 34 I beleive. My opinion, bottom line, you have made a habit of laying down when you get home, so your body has picked that up. I used to be the same way. What I think you need to do is force yourself into the gym. On your rest days, do not go home and lay on the sofa. You need to make new habits. If you want to get huge, there will be sacrifices. If you want to be normal, keep going home every day and layiong in front of the AC, like the majority of people do. Up until 70 yrs ago, there was no such thing as AC. Your body is totally capable of dealing with the heat, you just need to get your mind right.

I kinda hear where your coming from. If it was easy, every asshole would be 300 lbs @7 % bf, lol

I have been working out in my garage, in Oklahoma, with no AC all summer. I probably drink 2 gallons of water each workout. After a couple of times my body adapted to it. It has helped me shed quite a bit of fat. This is why I was drawn to this post, because I feel like once your body is accustomed to it, the heat and humidity are actually a stepping stone in helping you achieve the superhuman physique you so desperately want.

Basically, clae, if you want me to tell you I know an easy way around your dilemma, no. If you don't want to lose muscle, you gotta keep with it.

Im always really lean so i feel smaller. So in the winter during a sweet cycle, i put on some wieght, even if its a little fat with water, i love it because i look bigger, than when im leaned up, for some reason

i agree with you h8tr3d you see the daily grinde as i do .
no disrespect their klowndog but i install 8 to 12 inch underground concrete coated ductile pipe in ground that dont like being touched sometimes. outside is a bitch but add heat and humidity .. try it some time .
heavy labor is one thing i got 15 years at it . humidity and high heat 8 to 10 hours a day might change your w/o a bit too.
my question was for those who might know a way that might help the situation , im well aware of how to hit it hard . just hitting it hard after a long day in the heavy humidity.

You can try an ECA about an hour before your workout, make sure you stay hydrated, Try to keep yourself cool during the day (as much as possible), take breaks as often as possible to not completely drain yourself, keep your food intake high (especially carbs as they will be your main energy source during the day), and I see what klowndog is getting at, but I know how jobs can screw up your workout especially heavy labor. Change your split to something like 3 days per week. That will give you more flexability and you can workout on your days off. Plus it will give you more time to rest.

Also most important remember not to over do it. Your body is giving you signals that it is exhausted so in response to that you need to make adjustments to your diet, workouts/rest periods, and supplement intake.

Go on bulkers in the summer, thats the only way that I could maintain when I did manual labor during college, no amount of food or water kept the size on, unless I ran something like deca or test e...
lol, thats my life now. I never ever ever do a cutting cycle...
