I got my dmso at health vitiman store also last time. I think it is also good for transporting other stuff through your skin.
(apply with the dmso) One thing I remember though, it gives off a smell. Something like garlic or onions through your
pours. I was using it for a groin pull and my wife would walk in the room and say it stunk like that. I had read about that
side also. Probably 5 years ago when I bought last.

Tomorrow will be first day back at gym. Doing full body workout super light weight. Hopeing i can get a training partner for the AM.

Been doing alot of reading on shoulder injurys and after effects. Im planning on staying light for some time.

Thanks,Got it in earlier all went well kept bench at 110 LB only felt tight bringing weight down about 5in off my chest is where it felt tight but got through it. I decided not to do any main shoulder workouts. So far so good buy I will see how shoulder feels later in day.
