oh yeah....You could probably cut calories down a little lower and burn fat quicker without losing much muscle. Try lowering your calories slowly and see where that brings you. Like we were talking about yesterday...try to take the calories from fat or carbs. Keep protein at the same level.

yeah thats what happened to me jay exactly kinda foggy and dizzy headed confused about it and shit yeah i just chugged some milk and apple juice and ate a couple of bagles and i was fine.

I am Hypoglycemic. Which means if I don't eat I will get a little shaky and light headed. When I'm juicing the effects are much, much worse. I get dizzey, some loss of comprehension, shakey, sweaty and I'm in a panick state to eat. My hand has been too shaky to eat out of a spoon before. I haven't tried IGF yet and when I have done slin I alway consumed plenty of carbs, but I know juice makes my hypoglycema much worse.

Hey bro's, This is jaywooly at my boy's house. I just noticed that I posted under his username.

So if you see morgasomo2004 around, treat his as if he was family.

Thanks, jay

Hey, I'm not going to update this as often, but if anyone has questions, please feel free.

I'm cutting down to less than 3,000 calories and keeping the protein at 425-450grams ED. I'm just eating less carbs and less fats w/ each meal. Been on 3k for day 2 now.

Running 150mcgs burn, still at 80mcgs IGF ED. I fell off Friday night w/ the drinking the bacardi and diet, but ate clean for the weekend, probably under-ate, which is common on my weekends but no excuse.

My diet is broken down into 410-600 calorie meals, 70 grams protein minimum. 6X's a day. I spent some time tweaking it out yesterday to try and cut out about 500 calories without compromising my protein intake.

If I want to cut down my calories any further, I'm going to have to cut my protein or be on atkins, lol.

So far, I'm feeling leaner, looking leaner, veins are coming out in my legs ard forarms. I got a compliment from two of my workout partners while we were changing. I was like, "Thanks, but no thanks guys, not here, not now." lmao

Keep up the good work bro. FYI- As for the hypo feeling is it possible you just overdid it at the gym for all that time? I've been on and off IGF for 4 or 5 cycles and wether I'm on or not I've had similiar "episodes" where I felt I was going hypo just from being in the gym for too long without eating, a gatorade or powerade seems to combat it nicely...

It hasn't happened since, and I'm thinking along the lines of that, mikes. I did an extreme heavy lift, the most since pre injury for which I ended up having surgery. I was probably a bit underhydrated and it was a few hours since any carbs. I agree, but I've been careful to carry carbs w/ me into the gym since, better safe than sorry.

jay, i thought igf was only worth using during a cutter? hope not stealing your thread just wordering if you knew that of disagreed with that theory?

At first, IGF's "biggest bang for your buck" only came during bulking, ONLY bulking.

People have found now that IGF works wonders during cutting for shedding fat and using together w/ clen it was fantastic.

It's been know to be GREAT for both.

Now, you ask as if I'm not cutting? lol What gave you that impression? Being at 3,000 calories?

On a calculated, rough estimate that was 3,500-4,000 calories. Closer to the 35K tho, I counted 3,650 but had to make some guesses, but I tried to guess high.

Call it 3,700 calories.

Sorry I haven't been back to this thread for so long. In response to the calorie question, I think that was probably okay though I agree you might be able to cut it down just a tad or fine tune it, but if I remember correctly, you usually eat far more than that don't you? As long as most of your calories are coming from protein, I don't see anything wrong with what you ate.

You did have a hypoglycemic reaction after your IGF shot. I have experienced the same thing, although the hypo you get from IGF doesn't get nearly as bad as the kind of hypo you can get from slin so I wouldn't worry about it too much. IGF makes me extremely hungry, and did so for a long time after I came off. B12 kind of prolongs the effect I think because I was taking that too. Even though IGF makes many people hungrier, it can be used for cutting. It helped me reduce a few percentage points in bf.

Thanks for getting back to me. With the help of B2S and BiggerS, I was able to cut down to 3,000 calories and still top 425+ grams protein.

IGF has made me extremely hungry, especially post workout. I'm able to stop myself tho, even though I seeminly could eat forever.

I can't wait to bulk with this stuff, lol.

Being about 10 days in now.

I'm getting pretty red and hot at certain times throughout the day, someone asked me yesterday if I was on something and then my supervisor asked if I just came back from tanning.

It seems to be about an hour after each meal and goes away by the time I need to eat again.

Since I've switched to less than 3,000 cals I have not gone over. This weekend will be a true test, I'm looking forward to the challenge.

My arms are looking leaner and way more muscular from the IGF and the diet.

I really feel my body working when doing mundane tasks, which is a similar feeling to what I get from ECA's.

I'm going to hop on the scale on Friday I think, just to see.

are you shooting anywhere in particular for site enhancement? You mentioned your arms were looking leaner and more muscular and made me think...

Agreed. To see the results you need, you need to cut the cals.
Keep us posted on your progress.
