Day of the show question?

Do any of you guys take anything like clen, halo, or liquidex on the day of the show. My show is next satuday and I know many of you keep things in through the show but does that mean you take them on the day of the show or stop the day before.

Bro,

I always keep it the same on the day of the show. I am usually taking Halo, t3, and clen the last few weeks and I take them up to and on the day of the show. Also, I use aldactone last 4 days at 100mg/day and have lasix (20's) on hand if I need them for the day of the show. If I do I take about 2hrs before ( approx. of course ) I know I'll be on stage both in the morning and night of the show. Good Luck bro..

For anti- E's I take Nolvadex 60mg/day last few days of the show... Forgot to add that..

How do you know how much aldactone to take and when to start, I have 500mg of it.
