Thanx bros, my stats have recently fallen. I got a dui (i know stupid) so I haven't had a liscence, so i hadn't lifted at all for about 5 months and to make matters worse I was currently on my 5th week of winny and deca, ithink the winny was shit anyway. I am currently 5'10 about 206, but i have a gut my 34 inch waste is getting pretty tight, I have to unbutton my pants after I eat alot. I have to get my diet back on track and start doing some cardio, motivation is tough, especially when I get to the gym and realize how much strength I have lost. I have done a cycle of test and equi at 500 mg of sust and 400mg of ultragen a week I gained about 21 pounds and my bench shot up to 415 from 375, and truthfully my diet was way off I didn't eat near as much as i should have, must get togeter with some good bros and get my diet zeroed in it is my true weakness. I also thought since it was winter that maybe I should not worry about cardio since i already have the extra wieght and just test it up, with some anadrol and some equi. A big problem that I had was that I made all my gains within the first 6 weeks, so a ten week cycle seems like a waste. I thought about primo because somone on another board said its great with test and or d-bol, anadrol at retaining gains, he said peaple stay away because of price. He is just one of the many opinions so i wanted to see what other peaple had to say. Other than the equi and test I did the deca and winny that got cut short that is it. I have been traing for about five years seem to get very strong but not that big, even after juicing lost alot of my weight gain but kept almost all strength gains. Also really need to prioritise my legs there sick compared to my chest and arms, flame away boys, I can take it. Thanx bros
