Well, I've been toying with the idea of not competing until Nov. instead of doing the continental in Oct. I just haven't had the right mindset as of late to really focus on what I need to to be victorious. I mean why do it if you aren't feeling it. I believe having so mre time to get shit where it needs to be will really help me get my ass really focused. I have been training ALOT harder, but I just haven't been able to eat like I was or should. Just stress and bullshit but that shit effects us all diff. Things are gettn back to better than ever, just takes a little time and patience.
