...BStrong,what would a 4-5000 cal/day diet look for you...you dont have to map it out,lol,but getting 8-900cals/meal over 6 meals seems hard as hell...is it still "somewhat" clean or whatever you want type thing...
I save my meal-plans...here's a day I grabbed from my last cutting cycle back in the winter. This happens to be a clean day...but, I LOVE McD's french fries, so I'd cheat go dirty at least 3 days a week, lol....Lemme have 2 #5 meals, SUPERSIZE that Pleez!
getting real sick of the tuna. Bstrong whatdya do for the chix. You have some prepared every couple of days so you can take it with you for lunch? Or you find a good place to prep it for you lean?
Yeah, I don't touch that shit anymore...I've eaten a Japanees fishing boat's worth of fucking tuna and it makes me sick to even talk about that shit anymore! On the Chix, I usally grill up 6-8 breasts at a time. That'll last a few days. Sometimes I'll marinate them in lemon or lime jiuce, herbs and olive oil too. I run like a madman all week long between work, the gym and family stuff, so I pre-cook as much as possible. I do the same with harboiled eggs, ommelettes, rice and steak too. If the good stuff is always laying around, there's a better chance of eating that than grabbing for the garbage.
Lemon pepper rulez! I add different sauses to my tuna (soy, A-1, Wister, ......) gives it a little flavor and keeps me from getting sick of it. I can just look at food and gain wt. though. Cutting up is my weak point.
Sorry sully but if I put down my bulking diet I would have to charge you and everybody else that would see it,lol. Not sure if you remeber the post that I was going to put on 20 pounds in 4 weeks by going on this diet my man made for me. Not sure who it was but they said it could not be done. This is the last 4 weeks of my cycle I tell you what I'm not even through the second week and I'm already half way there. I was puking in the begining but now I'm handling it like a champ,lol.

Loads of good info here, thanks for the heads-up on this thread BStrong. Time to break back out my calorie-tracking sheets, because for me calories make or break my gains no matter how much juice I'm on. It's sounds a bit convoluted but sometimes I envy you guys who get fat eating 2500-3000 calories a day. At that level I would lose 20 lbs in a few months. Fu@#in metabolism
