Digestive Enzymes

Ive recently started taking digestive enzymes to help properly digest my foods.. Does anyone know of a good brand that works good???

I used to use 'super digestive enzyme caps' from twinlab. For all those All you can eat sushi binges.

I had read on a post here that one of the good ones was - 'Primal Defense' by
'garden of life'. I found it and bought it but I think you have to keep taking it
for it to help.
