Distal Bicep Surgery on Thursday October 24

I'm a big proponent of IGF, Ultrasound (you can get the small ones for a couple hundred), and DMSO. The bicep is a nasty one. A very long nasty recovery. I keep telling myself to be thankful that it's just my neck and once I recover from the actual surgery I'll be good. Once you recover from bicep tendon repair surgery you've still got a LONG way to go. That whole side of the body turns to slop

Yep that is correct. It is an all around pain. Happy Thanksgiving

Sorry to hear this. Ive got an old injury returning from a over extention of the right arm rotator. I hope its nothing serious. Gets better some days and some days I can barely pick up a weight. But o keep pushing through, ofcourse the low dose dbol helps lol. Hoping I dont have to go through something as rough as you though bro. Keep your head up.

Cast OFF Dec 16

I delayed it a week. I want the tendon to really heal. My hope is I can straiten my arm once I get the cast off.
Only issues now is femoral nerve in right front leg hurting & numbness in outer right leg. No idea how to get rid of that pain.

Are you taking the IGF? I know Presser had amazing success applying to his nerve damaged quad...

I have been off since traveling. I will be starting the 13. Just inject it in outer quad? Not near the nerve but where it is numb & tingling?
Would test help also?

Dec 19th Cut off Cast

Today I took my cast off actual cut it off. The scar is actually very tiny
even with it being stapled.

I have atrophy in my bicep, my arm hurts & my wrist hurts but the shocking thing is I can straiten my
Arm all the way & the surgeon was shocked. I have to attribute it to muscle chemistry IGF.

I am not supposed to do any lifting, running, for another month. I can walk, lol, do abs. Just normal stuff since it was in bad shape & it feels very tight still so surgeon is scared it will rupture again.

I will update in a month or if something happens sooner.

Merry Christmas to all.

But it doesnt look to bad to me brutha!

Dr. Said I tore it months before but it was
Being held by fibers. It was shriveled bad.
So it was hanging to break & it didn't do it in
7 years I had insurance

Ya Bro that's crazy. I dealt with a rupture, but it was proximal. Dr made it clear that after surgery that my arm was better than ever. That made it easier

Cleared To Work Out Whole body BUT biceps

All right I am cleared to do any & all workout but biceps. I will start
Monday eating right again, training, & consistent on IGF.

I have gained 20 lbs & not muscle. The Surgeon
wants me to stick to 20-25 reps.

I am planning on only using IGF. Anyone think I should
add anything like equipoise, Tren, winny with it?

Or anything from the new supplement store? Glautimine or anything?

Will update on Friday how things are.

Congrats Bro! I would definately add some Deca in there. Nothing better for recovering from soft tissue injuries. Keep us posted. I used a tremendous amount of MC IGF during recovery from my proximal bicep tear. I actually found MC during that time while trying to find a quality IGF. After 5 crappy experiences, I found MC and that was it.

I can supinate & pronate, fully extend my arm. still can't do bicep work, but I can finally do everything & have zero limitations. I did have some pain but after getting back on IGF all the pain is gone.

I read this thread and wish I would have been on here earlier to give you some encouragement. I had the same surgery Almost two years ago this coming July.

I have fully recovered and can do anything that my other arm can do and it even looks better. I have a slighty bigger peak now on the arm I tore.

I ran GH, Test and Deca pre-surgery and post surgery at 2 iu's a day on the GH with 150mg Deca a week and 300mg Test Cyp. a week while healing.

It felt funny for a while when I started bi-ceps and back around the 5 month mark but it works itself out. Just take it slow and don't push it to hard.

Keep up the good work and you will be back in no time.
