when bulking i know you gain access fat but do you just keep eating till the cycle is over and then cut? i want to get the maximum benefits of this t400. i also cut easy. and after my cycle should i still workout or not while on clomid?
 
When I bulk I eat between 5000-6000kcal a day until the end of my PCT. I try to eat complex carb & protein (chicken, sweet potato, brown rice, etc) instead of McDonald. Try not to gain as much fat as possible.
I still workout hard when on clomid because you have more test due to estrogen suppression so why not take advantage of it.
 
After a cycle you have lower testosterone and that causes you to also have lower estrogen. Clomid dosent supress estrogen, clomid is actually a type of oestrogen. So by taking clomid you make you body think it has more estrogen, this causes it to increase testosterone production to maintain a positive ratio of testosterone to estrogen.

Yes you shoule eat allot while on a cycle small fat gain are acceptable as long as you are gaining more muscle then fat. Yes! You should keep on lifting weights when on clomid and even after your PCT you should continue to lift. If not you will eventually loose all your gains.
