If so how do you do it. I have only done my ass before, but this next cycle is gonna be too much for my ass to handle. Any other advice?

pecs scare me, other guys here do it, they say it is easy, but I say they are crazy.
try going to quads next, the next most easy to inject.

quads are easy, but I've heard a ton of horror stories that scare me about them (people hitting nerves, and losing the ability to flex their quads). Pecs are even easier, and are my favorite. I like biceps just because I like the idea of the oil stretching the facia

Quads are easy to see and easy to aspirate, but they hurt the most for me. I still do them - but they are the only place I ever have probs.
Delts are a piece of cake, too. Just think... that's where the doc always shoots ya. I only do 1cc into the delts tho.

Actually I hit my quads once and the next day my leg felt like I had lifted on it for about 5 hours. It felt all ripped up. Did I hit a nerve or something?

Did you inject real slow? That always helps every injection. You'll be less sore.

Just remember that all that oil has to find room in your muscle. In the doctor's office, the shots are usually of less volume, and they try to get them over with quickly. Probably because they are busy, and most people have such an aversion to injections. I don't mean it should take you 5 minutes, but slow is more comfortable.
