I have a good friend who is real knowledgeable in gear use. I always use arimidex with my cycle. He advised me to use it but not until the start of the third week of my cycle. Any reasoning behind his statement.

because most test is long estered...which doesnt kick in until about week 3 or 4.

You start the AI when the test "theoretically kicks in" to help fight side effects like gyno, bloat, etc.

If you use prop, you need to start the AI the same day as the test prop.
