Im not big on stretching not even before working out which i know i should , i always tell myself im gonna stretch but never do, only time i ever stretch is when doing biceps, i have to constantly stretch out my biceps when i am working them for some reason, its more like stretching out my forarms cause they cramp when im doing bis alot
i usually notice myself stretching alot while sitting in the chairs at school....probably cause they are very hard and cheaply made; which is amazing considering how much I get raped in tuition. I should be sitting in a lazy boy.
