Do you still use glucose, dextrose, maltose etc post workout to spike insulin and replenish glycogen in muscles? or do you think any carbs whether they be fast acting or not as long as you have protein are good enough?
I still have 30 or so g's of glucose whether it be from pixie sticks glucose tabs or maltose dextrose blend, along with 50g's whey, the only thing ive changed is i wait about 20 minutes into my cardio before i drink them. Select an answer and explain your reasoning as to why you do what you do....
