Do you take your protein, vitamins, ect

i like to get at least one protein shake, mrp every day. taking care of yourself should be 7 days a week. of course, you'll have days where you don't eat well but i try to limit those.
 
The reason I ask is I was working with a lady who worked with olympic weightlifters and she was telling me she likes to give the body 2 days to clean itself out. I think she thought that the two days kept the aminos. vits, working better. I dont know I havent read either way but thought it was a good question.
 
why don't talk with her and find out more about why she thought it was better to take the supps. only 5 days a week. also ask her what type of supps she's talking about.
 
I take my supps every day. Even on cheat day and especially powdered vitamin C. Good for your recovery from workouts and good for you to keep you from getting sick from all of the sick people who come in the gym, cough in their hands and touch the equipment and never wipe down anything.

that's why I wear lifting gloves. the less crap i have to touch the better
