I think that goal is pretty hefty, i doubt 60-70 pounds increase man, but im sure you will get stonger, work hard as you can, eat as much as you can, and maybe its possible, try it and see how it works out for you, and ide recomend spliting those servings into 2 drinks, because your not going to absorb 60g's of protien in one serving, so cut it in half, and get 30g's of protien as many times as you want through out the day, 2-3 hour intervals.
