i got a few tricks and tips i use to make it a nice clean bulk. #1 off hit the mourning cardio a few times a week for a good 45 min.... dont go too crazy , remember we are bulking but keep hr around 60% mhr will burn mostly fat which will be adipose tissue in the mourning before meals.#2 take it carbs WHEN U NEED THEM, carbs are nothing more then energy split ur diet up 40%pro/30%fat/30% carbs... a biiiiiig majority of your carbs are before and after workouts for intensity and nutrient partioning #3 Get almost all your fats from EFAs... fish oil, flax , hemp, olive ect. This will add in the nutrient partioning effect and keep you lean... some sat fats u need but dont be eating bacon and sausage at every meal. #4 sleep alot... u grow when u rest , after about 2 hrs into asleep when u start hitting REM your growth hormone levels top off up 2 400% above baseline.. u take it from there. #5 get in and get the fuck out of the gym,... stay in there no longer then 45 minutes but when your there it is SEEK AND DESTROY.. Be so destructive and intense with your lifts will make your muscle HAVE TO GROW. they will have no other choice but to with the amount of ripping down you will be doing. last but not least cut carbs down on off days.. some will disagree but AS I SAID all carbs are is energy... the insulin spike post wokout will in fact help ith protein synthesis and a conservation of net protein balance but if you dont workout u wont need as much calories(carbohydrates) What you do is keep a set schedual of your eating patterns and on off days cut down on the carbs or switch to a carb cutoff with less overall carbs but dont cut back on the healthy fats,. They will do almost as much as your protein with all the bennis u get from them like nutrient partioning and hormonal "skyrocketing"... anyone with knowedgable info about this please feel free to add to my post!
