yes to both.
They are 2 different compounds. So your comparing apples to oranges.
the only supplement i suggest for kids under 21 is protein. They're at there prime, they should be more focused on using there bodies natural gifts to there fullest before even considering adding to them.
wouldn't mess with anything until about 23-your body's still growing and your natural HGH and IGF is probably through the roof
Im going to put my two cents in here, and say if your looking to get strength gains just off IGF, look to be disapointed.
i think if ur young and have not uch gear experience then igf will diefinatly make u bigger and stronger in a pretty short time as well, i think the more experienced guys who then use igf wouldnt notice much strentgh gains though, my my 3 cents which is a penny more then ur advice so it must be better, lol
haha, u just love busting my balls dont you. lol :moon:
I actually have to agree with Presser based on my personal experience. I had never used anything other than protein shakes and some creatine until a few weeks ago when I started my IGF. I have had steady increases in strength from the 2 weeks that I've been on. Since I've never been geared up it probably effected me more. Plus I'm only 25 so I'm not too far past my primeNow if I was a 280 lb monster who did 125 lb hammer curls, IGF alone probably wouldn't do squat! haha

I always use IGF post cycle. Its wonderful for keeping gains. And yes, i have continued to gain, just with IGF.
A lot of people dont give it enough credit. I think cause its legal- seriously. If it was illegal, it would become some wonder drug that everyone has to have....
