I’ve noticed that after a period of time the gains are much more pronounced that with gear alone. Gear increases the size of the muscle cell, verses the quantity of muscle cells.
The ligament/ tendon repair is noticeable immediately. Plus, I get very nice pumps- specially when I go beyond 50ius per day.
I'm not sure why either but I can tell you from experience that I've used IGF to recover faster from surgery and I've used it to treat injuries and healed much faster than without. Like i said I don't know the MOA but it worked for me.
i had thrown my back out but the surgery I had was to repair varicosceles in my testes... not fun but I recovered as fast as I did and was back in the gym training and running as my doctors looked on and were baffled
