People ask me all the time about gaining weight and their diet is always missing fruit. Fruit is a great way to up the carbs and calories. I can eat fruit all day long and its never really filling to me, so I eat all my other meals as well.

I eat lots of fruit. Kiwi is one of my favorites. Apples, bananas, grapes, strawberries and blueberries are regulars. Oranges/clementines, peaches and grapefruits when in season. Sometimes blackberries and raspberries if the mood strikes.
 
you're so lucky to be able to eat fruit......it's too sweet for me other than bananas (i'm more of a sodium lover)......fruits bloat me
 
I don't find it effective for me in gaining weight. It is such a simple carb it isn't effective for me. Since I am eating 8-10 times a day I just can't make room for it...
 
I love fruit, but I find it gets more expensive than meat sometimes, depending on what I'm buying and the time of the year. It's something that I'll get, but can cut out easily too without losing much if anytihng
