My workout partner and I do some over the head dumbell presses, military-type style.
Anyway, each week this fool moves the back of the bench more an more back. I sit strait up, he's so far leaned back he's damn near doing an incline.
I've tried his ways and feel it working the front delts. Should I incorporate this excersize in addion to my sitting strait up? Or is this lift a wate of everyone's time? I find myself lifting about 20 more on each dumbell sitting that far back. In addition, even though I said it was a similar style to an incline - I dont feel it i my chest at all.
