I crack an egg, or two, or three, or whites or any combination into a small glass (microwave safe) bowl.
I then add up to a 1/4 cup of water.
I then put in microwave for about 40 seconds/egg.
Maybe place a saran wrap (adds thermic effect) or paper towel to shield microwave from EGGplosions.
Strain water.
Eat poached/boiled eggs.
