ive read that if you extreme amounts (7-8,000 kcal per day) you will gain mass at an incredible rate. although this practically means anything and everything in site (including sat. fats) i dont know if this is the right thing to do. i would like to gain mass and deffiently eat more, but eat more healthy and clean food. any ideas on how to up my cal intake over 6-7 meals to about 4,000. i need some ideas of clean foods to eat that wont bloat me and make me fat.
