Eating fruit while dieting...

depends on timing(ie when you are eating it during day) and what your macros look like...if you want to pm me some info with some background i'll give you a more direct answer...in general i say no, unless its 1st thing in am after cardio and its a fibrous fruit such as raspberries, apples, etc...
 
No fruit! its still a simple sugar, spike slin and as said above then it depends what type of food ur following it up with, thats how i have always been taught anyways
